What are Private Classes?

Our private classes are sessions conducted 1-on-1 with the instructor and 2-on-1 for Duet Privates. During a private session, different equipment will be used like the Cadillac, Chair, Reformer, and Barrel. All of our studio equipment is sanitized and washed down after each use to protect with COVID-19.

Our instructors will create a full regimen workout plan with you individually to focus on your personal needs and goals during a private pilates class in our Singapore studio. Our experienced pilates coaches will guide you through rehabilitation while working on specific, targeted areas to help strengthen muscles or heal from an injury. If these exercises are done in a group environment, it can easily lead to reaggravating the injury as the exercises may not be suitable for rehabilitation. If you are pregnant or were recently pregnant, these classes are also great for anyone Pre-natal and Post-natal to focus on re-building muscles correctly.
